Sensor Registration

Elevate your hardwood floor care with Smartplank technology. Register your device in just minutes by following the instructions below, and unlock daily temperature and humidity updates from your Smartplank floor.

To Register your device:

  1. Locate the first box on the decal and find your device's serial number, which should already be recorded. This number is needed to activate the device on the app.

  2. Use a permanent marker to write the room name in the second box on the decal.

  3. Record your username for the app, password, and the date.

  4. You can now safely remove the decal. Keep it in a secure place for future reference. You can fold it in half and store it in a folder, apply it to any smooth surface, or consider taking a picture and saving it on your computer for easy access.

To download our mobile app:

  1. Download the app found in the App Store or Google Play by searching SmartPlank.

  2. Enter the Username found on your paperwork or the plank installed in your floor.

  3. The password will be 123 and no need to change the password since this is specific to your username and
    allows for quicker support if something goes wrong.

  4. In order to get notifications it is recommended to keep your app open in the background.
